About

About Us

Special Needs Advocacy is a Pennsylvania-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in [2019]. We serve as an independent trustee for special needs, settlement and special education trusts, helping individuals with disabilities protect their benefits, manage their resources and improve their quality of life.

We are entirely self-funded. Fees from our trust administration work fully fund our scholarships, pro bono services and grants to individuals and nonprofits. See our community impact.

Our mission

To serve individuals with special needs and their families as an independent, ethical trustee and advocate, and to reinvest in the disability community we serve.

Our story

Special Needs Advocacy grew out of a family commitment. Our founder, Robert Radich, spent decades building trust services at global financial institutions, while his wife, Mary, devoted her career to Early Intervention, working with young children with special needs. Together they saw how much families depend on a trustee who understands both the financial details and the human side of disability. Special Needs Advocacy brings those together.
